What we collect

Details you choose to send us through the inquiry form or by email: your name, company, role, email address, market, budget range, links and the content of your message. Creators may also share profile links, audience data and rates.

Basic technical data that our hosting provider records to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and request logs. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the public site.

A small language-preference cookie and a theme preference stored in your browser, so the site opens the way you left it.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare proposals and shortlists, run and report on campaigns you agree to, and keep the records a business needs. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only what a campaign needs, and only with the people involved in it: for example, a brief is shared with the creators being considered, and a creator's agreed rates and audience data with the brand that is booking them.

Service providers that run our infrastructure on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of form messages) and Google Workspace (email).

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation or business relationship is active, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to partnerships@fidavero.co. We reply within 30 days.
