Service

Creator partnerships, coordinated properly.

FIDAVERO works with brands and agencies running creator campaigns across MENA and the GCC. We find the right creators for a specific brief, agree terms that hold, and stay with the campaign until it is delivered.

Most of what goes wrong in creator marketing goes wrong before anyone films anything — the wrong creator, vague deliverables, or usage rights nobody scoped. That is the part we handle.

Service fit

Who this is for

Brands and agencies who need creators in this region and want the commercial side handled by someone who does it full time.

That includes teams running their first MENA campaign and needing a regional read they do not have in-house; agencies who need sourcing capacity for a client brief; and brands who have run campaigns before and lost time to creators who did not answer, rates that moved, or rights that were never agreed.

Working scope

What we actually do

Sourcing and shortlisting

We start from the brief — objective, market, audience, category, timing — and build a short list against it. Short is deliberate. A list of thirty names is a list nobody has checked.

Fit assessment before reach

Follower count is the least useful number in a creator brief. We look at audience geography for the recent period, actual views on recent comparable uploads, the age profile, whether the creator can carry the read in the language the campaign needs, and whether there is an existing category conflict.

Rate and availability confirmation

No creator is presented to a client before they have confirmed a current rate, real availability for the window, and approval for that specific campaign. Interest is not availability, and a rate card from six months ago is not a quote.

Commercial coordination

Deliverables, revisions, timelines, approval flow and payment schedule, written down before production starts rather than negotiated during it.

Usage rights coordination

Scoped explicitly and separately — organic posting, paid amplification, whitelisting or partnership-ad permissions, duration, territory, exclusivity. Treated as its own line, because it is its own thing.

Campaign delivery

Briefing, revisions, publication and follow-through to completion, with one point of contact on both sides.

Regional context

Why the MENA and GCC context changes the answer

MENA and the GCC are not one market. Audience behaviour, platform mix, language expectation and category sensitivity differ between the Gulf, the Levant and North Africa. A creator with a large regional following may still have the wrong audience for a campaign targeting one country inside it.

Arabic matters here in a specific way. A bilingual creator reading in English to a majority-Arabic audience is a different proposition from one reading in Arabic, and the difference shows in the response. We work in both languages and treat that as a campaign variable, not an afterthought.

Primary markets are the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait and Qatar, and the wider Arabic-speaking audience depending on the brief.

Working standards

What we will not do

We do not describe a creator as represented by FIDAVERO unless there is written authorisation covering that. We do not present availability that has not been confirmed. We do not quote a rate we have not verified with the creator. And we do not pass client information to creators, or creator commercial terms to clients, beyond what each has agreed to share.

This narrows what we can promise early in a conversation. It also means what we do say holds up.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you represent the creators you recommend?

You work with FIDAVERO, not with each creator separately: one contract, one invoice and one accountable contact. Some creators are represented by FIDAVERO under written agreements and others join a campaign with their written authorisation; either way, rates, availability and usage rights are confirmed before you see a name, and we manage payment and delivery so nothing falls through.

How is pricing structured?

You get one all-in price per deliverable, covering the creator, the agreed usage rights and campaign management. Starter campaigns begin from USD 800; the final figure depends on markets, platforms, formats and paid usage, and is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.

What if the creators we want are not available?

That is common, particularly around launches. We tell you early rather than late, and bring alternatives with the fit reasoning shown.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes — with creators and with brand teams, in both directions.

Which markets do you cover?

Primarily Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Jordan, plus Egypt, Iraq, Morocco and Arabic-speaking audiences worldwide, for brands, publishers and agencies anywhere.

Next step

Send a brief

Tell us what you are launching, the market, the audience, the platform and format, your timing, and whether paid usage is in scope. If a budget range exists, that shortens the process considerably. You get back a reasoned shortlist with the fit logic shown, confirmed availability, and clear commercial terms.
